I believe that West Dean has a thatched Fruit House. I am a volunteer gardener at Camden Park, NSW, Australia, the gardens dating to 1820. We once had a thatched fruit house, demolished probably during or soon after WWII and are trying to find information on the structure of such buildings, including photographs, plans, whatever is available. Can anyone help us?

Have planted two medlars and a quince amongst other fruit and ornamental trees in our garden over the past three or four years, happy to report that all are doing well!
